Resolved: Samsonite - Wheels disintegrated after only 2 times used, suitcase only 4 years old.
Well after a few more calls to Samsonite Customer Service my complaints were finally addressed, and resolved to my complete satisfaction!They ended up replacing my defective suitcase with a new one, shipped directly to my door. Good Work Samsonite, you have lived up to your original promised warranty reputation, and restored my consumer confidence.Thank you.
I bought my Samsonite Suitcase new on sale, based on past good reputation.I have only used my suitcase 2 times, both times as carry on luggage. The wheels disintegrated this past trip.
Clearly the wheels are defective. I have contacted Samsonite directly at least 4 times now to stand behind their warranty, only to be ignored, or given excuses, to avoid fixing or replacing my product to date. This has been going on now for 3 weeks.
Samsonite is not living up to be the good company they once were! Be accountable Samsonite, and fix or replace my suitcase as per your 10 Year Warranty Promise!
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
