I called in to Samsonite customer service after having my card refuse on there website and spoke with a young woman named Justice to let here know there was a glitch in the website and asked for here help. She told me that i had put my info in wrong, I let here know that all of my info was stored in my pc for easy online ordering so it could not be entered in incorrectly.

She was rude and dismissive so i asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that she was the supervisor and know one was working there but her at this time. so i asked if she would maybe write a e-mail to let someone know that there was an issue with the website, She said know with an attitude and that it was my fault and i could try back tomorrow because there was nothing that could be done. I went back on the website only two minutes later and put the same info in witch is stored on my pc for easy online ordering and the order went through.

Needless to say if I have to fly to Hong Kong myself and seek out the CEO of Samsonite this young lady has not heard the last of this and if there is one job that she should not be working in it is definitely customer service. Sincerely Philip Byrd

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Better trained customer service Representatives.

It is not the CS persons fault that your order would not go through. Obviously something you put in was wrong if it went through the last time. Cs people do the best they can with the policies they are given.
